I actually dropped a big shoot just to
work on Patrick Teoh's book.
If guys have not heard of him, he is
quite a Malaysian icon for speaking
the truth in a very cynical way.
I love his articles in The Edge,
and it's my great honor to the
illustrations for his book.
I'm very blessed to have the choice to drop
a high paying film-production job and work
on this book.
Don't ask me how much I'm getting paid for it,
you wouldn't want to know. And wouldn't compared
to the production job.
"I'm in for the art, not the money."
Wish I've the privilege to say this
forever.
Urghhh.. money, I love you!
