30dayartist does work.
It worked for me.
Alot.
It changed my life.
Gave me alot of confidence to strive
harder in my life.
And each time, HARDER than before.
The success of posting everyday consistently
and forcing the pages out, gives you a certain
adrenaline rush of success.
Ofcourse there's the struggle at first.
But each time you successfully survive the
day and by seeing your post, you'll feel proud.
But yet, you will still feel fear, cause 'next day'
comes really fast. And this routine feeling
will be onto you for the entire month.
And there will be moments where you want
to quit. Especially when it's before the 15th,
where your mind will scare you that after all the
hardwork, it's not even half the month yet.
But if you survive till day 25, you'll go,
ONLY 5 MORE DAYS TO GO! 5 MORE! YEAH!
you can literally smell success ahead of you.
next thing you know,
it's already been a month.
and you've survived.
plus, you've got yrself a great amount of artworks
as your new portfolio.
I'm feeling really tired at this moment.
Almost half dead.
Will return to my day job.
Jobs that have been pending for
days now.
Seems like the tiredness is not over yet.
Sigh.
Will start shooting a new superhero comedy series this September.
I'll be incharge of directing the CG shots.
Can't wait. Besides doing art, I enjoy most
of directing moving pictures.
Here are the episodes I directed where I got
my repute from:
Please do mind my broken sentences and bad grammar.
It's morning. And I haven't slept since last night.
Anyway, as tradition, I've uploaded pictures
of my 'making of' during this month.

And if yr lazy, here's an online version:
I can't believe I've survived again.
I've completed the 300+ pages graphic novel,
I targeted last year.
But somehow the story doesn't end.
I'm saving the final chapter to be read
as a whole graphic novel when I get it publish.
I'll send this PDF to publisher around the world,
hoping someone will be interested to publish
this 300+ pages of mine.
It's been great, and fun!
I'm not sure about returning again next year.
We shall see.
To anyone out there, who feel that they have a little
urge to do art. I encourage you to.
Cause anyone can do art.
I remember a story I heard:
A young boy was rushing to an art class when
he accidentally bump into an old man.
The old man asked the boy what was the rush?
The boy told the old man that he was late for
his art class. And the old man ask the boy
what was the art class about. The boy explained that
the art class was to teach people to paint.
The old man replied in disbelief, "What? You mean that they
have forgotten about themselves?"
Anyone can do art.
30dayartist is a great place to start.
Till then, Godspeed.
